Depository Participant & Demat Services

 

Garima Capital is a Depository Participant (DP) licensed from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) and CDS & Clearing Ltd. (CDS). As a DP, we offer the service of opening Demat accounts to our clients. A Demat account is an account that allows investors to hold their shares in an electronic form. Our services as a DP include;

 

  • Opening and Renewal of Demat account.
  • Opening and Renewal of Meroshare account.
  • De-materialization of securities into electronic form.
  • Re-materialization of securities to physical form.
  • Updated records of securities in electronic form.
  • Transferring of securities from one Beneficiary Owner to other (BO to BO transfer).
  • Provide electronic credit of securities allotted by issuers during IPOs.
  • Deposit of bonus and right shares to Demat account of Beneficiary Owners.
  • Facilitation in the pledge/unpledged/freeze/unfreeze etc. of dematerialized securities.
